How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Look, I'll be straight with you – since we work with different suppliers, delivery times can vary. Most orders reach Indian customers within 3-4 days. International friends, expect 10-20 days depending on your location. We'll always send tracking info so you can stalk your package (we all do it!).

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. During checkout, just select your country, and shipping options and costs will pop up. Still not sure? Drop us a message, and I'll check if we can get our products to your doorstep.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Should I worry?

Breathe! Packages sometimes hit "tracking limbo" – especially when crossing borders or changing carriers. If your tracking hasn't budged for 5+ days, shoot us a message. We're real people who actually respond and will help figure out what's happening.

Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you've just placed your order (like, within the hour), reach out ASAP through our contact form, and we'll try our best to catch it. Once orders go to our fulfillment partners, they move pretty quickly into processing, so no promises after that first hour.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems – your financial details never touch our servers.

I received a confirmation email, but my order status still says "processing." What gives?

"Processing" means we've received your order and payment (yay!), and we're getting things ready behind the scenes. Your order status will update to "shipped" once it's on its way. If it's been stuck on "processing" for more than 3 business days, hit us up.

Products & Quality

How do you select your products?

Not to brag, but we're pretty picky. Each product goes through our personal testing gauntlet where we ask: "Would I spend my own money on this?" and "Does this actually solve a problem or just create more?" Only products that get enthusiastic yeses make it to the store. We're constantly hunting for items that make us say, "Where has this been all my life?!"

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Listen, not every product works for every person – that's just life. If you're genuinely not satisfied, we want to make it right. Check out our Returns & Refunds page for the step-by-step, but the short version is: let us know within 30 days, and we'll work with you on a return or replacement.

Are your products exactly as pictured?

We do our absolute best to show products accurately – we even take many photos ourselves! That said, sometimes colors might appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Product dimensions and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge, and we're always updating details based on customer feedback.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items need to be unused, in original packaging. Some personal items (like earbuds) can't be returned for hygiene reasons – we note this clearly on product pages.

How do I start a return?

Head to our Returns page, enter your order number and email, and follow the steps. You'll get a confirmation email with return instructions and address. Once we receive your return (usually takes 3-5 days to process), refunds typically hit your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For quality issues or if we sent the wrong item? Nope, that's on us – we'll send a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, there's a flat $5.95 return fee that covers shipping and processing, which we deduct from your refund.

Account & Privacy

Do I need to create an account to shop?

Nah, guest checkout is totally fine! But having an account makes reordering super easy and gives you access to order history, tracking, and early access to new drops and sales. Your call!

How do you use my personal information?

The short version: we don't sell your data, period. We use your info to process orders, personalize your shopping experience, and occasionally send non-annoying emails about stuff you might actually want. Check our Privacy Policy for the legal details, but we basically treat your info the way we'd want ours treated.

Can I unsubscribe from emails?

Of course! There's an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email. One click, and you're out. No hard feelings – promise.
